I live in a mobile home park in Mesa and hired COOL FOAM roofing to apply their product in 2013. I was concerned about monsoon leaks. But the first thing I noticed was that the AC unit was not kicking on all the time, which saved a lot of money on our electric bill.  And when the monsoon rains came, the foam helped keep the noise down.
